The Blue Sky Consulting Group was founded by Tim Gage and Matthew Newman in 2005 to help government agencies, non-profit organizations, foundations, and private sector clients tackle complex policy issues with non-partisan analytical tools and strategic insights. To do this, Mr. Gage draws upon his 24 years of experience as a fiscal advisor with both houses of the California Legislature and the Department of Finance while Mr. Newman brings years of experience in the modeling and analysis of state and local public policy issues.
